WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
If your item(s) are pre-order (e.g. album release bundles), they will be dispatched on the day of release.
Tickets are sent out via email at least 5 working days before the event.
For all other in-stock items, orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched same day.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We are unfortunately reporting a delay in shipping/dispatching of orders made from 5th June 2018 onwards. This is due to the high volume we have experienced in the past 3 weeks. We are working to ensure that we ship/dispatch all orders as soon as possible. We would like to apologise for this and thank you for patience at this time.

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will usually be shipped that day, provided our fulfilment centre has the stock to hand.
Delivery times are typically:
- 2 working days to the UK
- 5-8 days to the EU
- 7-14 days for rest of world
These times can vary, so please allow a few days before worrying!
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER/HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email; if it’s not there, email email@example.com and we’ll help you to locate it.
WHERE IS MY ‘SUMMER’ BUNDLE?
Unfortunately we’ve had a few issues with the manufacturer of some of the bundle items; however, these have now been resolved, so we are happy to report that CDs are back in production! The Summer CDs will be dispatched shortly. As soon as we get confirmation on the status of vinyls we will send out an email notification.
WHERE IS MY DARE PRE-ORDER ITEM?
If you have ordered either a CD, vinyl or Ticket from The Hunna ‘DARE’ album range, you will receive this approximately 2 working days (UK) after the items are dispatched on 13th July. All non-pre-order items should arrive within 2 days of dispatch. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have waited longer than 7 working days after your initial purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
WHERE IS MY ‘100 (DELUXE)’ CD?
We’ve got all of the vinyls out to you already, but unfortunately the CDs were affected by manufacturing issues. However, we’re happy to report they are now back in production, and will be ready for dispatch shortly.
WHERE IS MY ‘SUMMER’ CANVAS?
Due to manufacturing issues, this product has been discontinued. If you are expecting to receive a ‘Summer’ Canvas, please contact email@example.com

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE?
Postage covers the cost of packaging your item and making sure it gets to your door safety and efficiently. We try our best to ensure no product is delivered faulty or damaged, appropriate packaging helps us do this.
ARE THERE ‘FAST-TRACK’ DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Unfortunately we do not offer a fast track delivery service currently. Standard delivery takes approximately 2 working days after dispatch.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
You won't be able to do so on our website, but please email email@example.com as soon as possible after purchase, as we may be able to intercept the delivery if you let us know prior to dispatch. Once the item has been dispatched we will be unable to change the address; please get in touch and we’ll try our best to help.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE?
No, unfortunately not at the moment.
CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY INC THE CHANNEL ISLANDS?
We can! Just ensure that you have correctly entered your delivery address and allow a little more time for your item to be delivered: 5 – 8 days (EU), 7 – 14 days (rest of the world).
