WHY HAVE YOU MOVED THE ‘DARE’ ALBUM RELEASE DATE AND TOUR DATES?
The ‘Dare’ album release and associated tour dates have been pushed back a little; the new album release date will be 13th July 2018. We got a lot of feedback from fans saying that the tour dates clashed with exams, and we want to make sure that you guys can all get to the shows! The tour is to support the album release, so we moved the album release from the 25th May to 13th July, to coincide with the new tour dates.
I CAN’T MAKE THE NEW DATE, WHAT DO I DO?
All tickets will still be valid for the rescheduled show. If you can’t make the new date and would like a refund, just get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will get a refund sorted for you. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to refund tickets that have already been sent out. You will be able to resell these tickets for a face value of £34, via our partner TWICKETS. WHERE ARE MY ‘DARE’ ITEMS? (Vinyl and CDs)
All items in the ‘Dare’ bundles are pre-order; due to the album release being pushed back, all associated items expected to ship on 25th May will now be dispatched on 13th July.
CAN I BUY ‘DARE’ TOUR TICKETS WITHOUT THE REST OF THE BUNDLE?
As an independent label we obviously want to sell as many albums as we can to give the guys the best chance possible of getting into the charts, so picking up an album with your tickets is a great way to support the band - we’re all part of Team Hunna!
The ‘Dare’ bundles include the ticket, a signed vinyl and signed CD for £35. If you would prefer to buy the ticket alone, you can buy these direct from the venue for £34.
WHY HAS NO ONE REPLIED TO MY COMPLAINT?
We will always reply to your complaint. We aim to reply as quickly as we can, but also to deal with any issues in the most direct and professional way possible. We are a small team and often experience high volumes of enquiries in short bursts. If we haven’t replied, we will be looking into and trying to resolve the issue. We work with many partners across and will sometimes need to raise queries with manufacturers, promoters, or venues - please rest assured we are always working hard to resolve issues as quickly as we can!
I BOOKED TRANSPORT/ACCOMMODATION, NOW THE TOUR DATES HAVE BEEN MOVED, WILL YOU REFUND ME FOR THIS?
We really appreciate your commitment to our artists and the time/money you have invested in them. It is amazing to see the effort the fans go to in order to attend a show/event, and we and the bands are enormously grateful. Unfortunately, due to the small size of our label, we are unable to refund any transportation or accommodation costs in the case of a rescheduled event, though we will always refund ticket costs.
Please be assured that we do not cancel or reschedule events lightly; we take many factors into consideration and try our best to accommodate as many fans as possible, and we hope that this won’t deter you from supporting our artists in the future.
HOW DO I GET MY ALBUM SIGNED?
If you’re ordering an album via our online shop, you can check if your album will be signed by looking for “(SIGNED)” next to the product title. If you have already purchased an item and want it to be signed in person, there should be plenty of chances for you to meet your favourite artists in the future - the pop-up shops that we run alongside tours are a great opportunity to meet the bands and get things signed! CAN I JUST ORDER AN ALBUM (CD/VINYL) WITHOUT GETTING A TICKET?
You can indeed! You can also do this by pre-ordering, if you want to receive your album first in release week. Just make sure you are putting a non-‘BUNDLE’ item into your cart, and double check this at the checkout. We aren’t selling individual DARE tour tickets on our website, but you can buy these direct from the venues - the bundles are always better value though!
CAN I MEET THE BAND ON TOUR?
Your best chance of meeting the band is after the shows. Although this can’t be guaranteed, especially at particularly busy events, all of our bands try to meet fans after the shows. WILL MORE SHOWS BE ADDED?
You will be able to find any new additions and changes to tour schedules either via our website, High Time social media pages or the band’s social media accounts. Keep your eyes peeled for any new show announcements!
WHY AREN’T YOU PLAYING IN MY CITY?
We try our best to distribute tour dates in a fair and logical way across the countries our bands are visiting. Unfortunately we can’t visit every city on every tour, much as we’d love to - the world is a big place!
