Hiya, I received this message as an email as well. The Hunna said that already purchased tickets will still be sent out and remain valid to the new dates. I bought tickets for the Norwich show from you on the exclusive pre sale (tickets without booking fee). Do I need to get these refunded or not? If I do how do I go about this?

Chloe, If I were you I wouldn't rely on getting a response. It seems now The Hunna have parted ways High Time won't lift a finger to assist. I have just spent 45 minutes on the phone with my bank who have to raise a VISA dispute. you have to then email the bank proof of the purchase and cancellation who will then get in contact with the merchants bank.

The tickets bought from High Time directly are void and not valid. Shocking customer service to be honest, I've had nothing but trouble ordering from this site previously and it goes to show they don't do anything to improve it.

Hopefully you get a notification for this reply and can get your refund asap to buy the tickets again from another merchant.

Hi Thomas, I got mine on PayPal through the exclusive pre sale. I created a dispute through PayPal and High Time have seen my request so hopefully something will happen soon. It’s so stupid why can’t they just accept refunds and move on? Just want my money back so I can repurchase, but then I’ll have to pay extra for the added booking fees!

I have had no help from High Time. I bought my tickets through them. I spent a day trying to get  High Time to refund and no joy. I have raised it up with my credit card. They have said they will take over and get the money back as long as I can prove the gig has been cancelled.  That is easy enough to do

The credit card company are shocked at this, they are 100% I should have been refunded if the concert was cancelled. They will not be able to provide the gig as advertised when purchased. They have broken the contract by not being able to provide what I have paid for.  The credit card legal team will get my money back. I have a few forms to fill out though

Got an email from them saying it would be refunded and it was in my PayPal and then it was cancelled...have messaged high time records twice and I have been ignored even though PayPal told me to go to high time records to get it sorted.

I spent the weekend filling out the evidence forms and handed it over to the credit card lawyers. The credit card company can't believe they are not paying me back. This is a straightforward case of refunding the money due to not being able to provide the goods paid for. The lawyers will be the only winners in this. They should refund the money or face a dozen different credit card companies and pay pal after them.

It is absolutely pathetic from High Time. By far the worst customer service I've received from anyone before. As you say Gary, if a service cannot be provided the supplier should issue a refund, simple as that. Instead making potentially hundreds of customers spend time ringing around trying to resolve it themselves.

I received my refund though thankfully. I was worried High Time would continue to live up to their reputation of being shambolic and refuse the refund.

The icing on the cake is that a few days after High Time sent this announcement out saying customer who bought through them would have to have a refund because the tickets wouldn't be valid The Hunna released a video statement on Instagram saying this wouldn't be the case and the tickets would actually still be valid - Here's the link https://www.instagram.com/p/Bpmkx0zHAGo/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

I suppose the plus side to all of this is that I originally paid £60 for 2 tickets through High Time directly, which got refunded. I then bought the tickets again for the Cardiff gig through SeeTickets for £50!

I just called Nationwide (who I bank with) and they have a VISA Dispute department. Told them what had happened and they asked me to send my email of purchase and then the email of them cancelling and within a few days I received the full refund.

Gary, I went on my original PayPal transaction when I brought the tickets and opened a case, then rang PayPal the same day and they said i’ll Get my money back in 10 days if they don’t reply and quicker if they respond (which obviously they won’t)

I have had a really good chat with the fraud and disputes department today. They have my evidence and are happy to refund my card. They said that Mastercard who insure all the different cards will take the money back from High Time.  It will appear in my account but it will be on hold for 5 working days so that High Time can raise a concern. If High Time do not raise a concern in the 5 working days, the money will be credited fully back in to my account. If they do have a complaint they will have to explain why. In my case because there is no concert taking place it is unlikely they will fight it because the evidence does not support them.

If your card is a Visa Credit Card it will be Visa taking the money back

Hope that helps everyone else fighting to get there money back.
